Partner Richard S. Rosenberg and Associate Eric Mueller Featured Speakers at Los Angeles Hotel Human Resource Association

Founding partner Richard S. Rosenberg and associate Eric Mueller will be featured speakers at the May 26th meeting of the Los Angeles Hotel Human Resource Association. The meeting will be held at the California Club in downtown Los Angeles. In addition to providing an update on area union negotiations, Richard and Eric will discuss 4 topics of vital interest to the hospitality industry: (I) implementation of the California Supreme Court’s new “suitable seating” decision; (II) the Ninth Circuit’s recent tip-pooling decision; (III) Santa Monica’s new Living Wage Ordinance, and (IV) recent NLRB rulings that make it harder for hotels and restaurants to maintain their non-union status.
