David counsels and represents employers on a variety of employment and labor law matters. His work includes wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws, including the defense of collective actions and state law class actions. He has extensive experience in assisting clients in all aspects of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs for service and supply contractors and construction contractors, including affirmative action plans, compliance reviews, and compensation issues.

David also assists employers in workforce planning, including reduction in force strategy and compliance with WARN, state plant closure laws, and the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act. He defends employers in actions brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and various state employment laws, such as whistleblower and wrongful discharge actions. David is experienced in traditional labor matters, such as union negotiations, campaigns, arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and other labor-management issues. He also has experience with the Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Acts. David regularly donates his time to a variety of pro bono causes.

David has represented employers of all sizes with facilities across the United States in various matters of labor and employment compliance, counseling, and litigation, including:
